• Family Group Rep - Early Bird – $400.00
  International Family Groups are invited to register up to two (2) people per organization. This registration type gives access to the in-person meeting, Welcome Reception and Banquet and replays of the sessions for November 7-9 only.
• LMIC Member - Early Bird – $300.00
  Special pricing for those living and practicing in a Low to Middle Income Country (as defined by the World Bank). A letter from a supervisor confirming this status will be required at time of registration. If status cannot be confirmed, registration will be cancelled. This special pricing is available for Early Bird registrations only. Includes all open meetings, meals, Welcome Reception and Banquet from November 7-9.
• LMIC Non-Member - Early Bird – $385.00
  Special pricing for those living and practicing in a Low to Middle Income Country (as defined by the World Bank). A letter from a supervisor confirming this status will be required at time of registration. If status cannot be confirmed, registration will be cancelled.   Includes one full meeting day (Nov 7, Nov 8 or Nov 9); does not include Annual Banquet ticket (must be purchased separately)
• Member - Early Bird – $600.00
  This registration type gives access to the in-person meeting, Welcome Reception and Banquet and replays of the sessions for November 7-9 only. Education Day is a separate registration.
• Non-Member - Early Bird – $770.00
  This registration type gives access to the in-person meeting, Welcome Reception and Banquet and replays of the sessions for November 7-9 only. Education Day is a separate registration.
• One-Day Meeting Reg - Early Bird – $300.00
  Includes either meeting day (Oct 23 or 24); does not include Annual Banquet ticket (must be purchased separately)
• Res/Fellow/Retiree - Early Bird – $400.00
  This registration type gives access to the in-person meeting Welcome Reception, Banquet and replays of the sessions. A letter from a supervisor is required to confirm trainee status.
