July 7, 2024 - Abstracts and Scholarships extended closing date
July 8, 2024 - Nominations due (Members only)
August 16, 2024 - Abstract author and travel scholarship notifications sent on or about this date
August 23, 2024 - Early Bird registration closes
September 9, 2024 - Late Breaking Abstracts open
October 7, 2024 - Late Breaking Abstracts close – No Extensions
October 18, 2024 - Cancellations after this date will result in refund of 50% of registration fee
October 21, 2024 - Late Breaking Abstract author notifications sent on or about this date
October 23, 2024 - Standard Registration for in-person attendance closes
October 30, 2024 - Virtual Standard Registration closes
