• Monday, May 14, 2012 - Deadline for Abstract and Travel Scholarship Applications

 

June

• Monday, June 18, 2012 - Abstract and Travel Scholarship applicants notified of their acceptance
  
• Monday, June 25, 2012 - Earlybird Registration Ends

• Sunday, August 12, 2012 - Hotel Room Block Expires - Deadline to reserve your room

 

September

• Friday, September 7, 2012 - Deadline to cancel registration with 50% refund.
• Monday, September 17, 2012 - Standard Registration Ends and Registration closes.

 

October

• Monday, October 8, 2012 - Histiocyte Society Executive Board Meeting
• Tuesday, October 9, 2012 - Pre-Meeting Sessions
• Wednesday, October 10, 2012 - Main Meeting Day 1
• Thursday, October 11, 2012 - Main Meeting Day 2, Annual Banquet in the evening
• Friday, October 12, 2012 - Main Meeting Day 3, Closing Ceremonies
