Registration fee includes entrance to all unrestricted meetings, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch on October 10 and 11, meeting program, one annual banquet ticket, and one certificate of attendance.
In order to qualify for the "Member" registration fees, your Histiocyte Society membership dues must be paid in full through 2012. Emeritus and Honored members may also pay the member rate.
Only current members of the Histiocyte Society are eligible to attend and participate in the pre-meeting day sessions (October 9th). If you are a current member, you may register for the pre-meeting sessions through the pre-meeting session form. If you are uncertain of your membership status, please contact the Secretariat's Office at email@example.com.
Those registering under the category of "Resident/Fellow/Retiree" may be asked to provide documentation verifying this status.
International Family Organizations are invited to register a maximum number of three persons per organization.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted forms of payment for online registration.
A refund of 50% will be granted to those who cancel by September 7, 2012. We cannot refund any registrations that are cancelled after September 7, 2012.
